What Is Midwifery?
The art and science of midwifery is one of the world's oldest professions. Midwives provide complete maternity care from pre-conception counseling, complete prenatal care, 24-hour on-call service for labor and birth, postpartum care for mother and baby, breastfeeding support, referrals, and community resources.
